Only going to weigh myself once a month on every first friday. So Feb 6th is the starting date of that tradition. Me and my mom play to go to the gym every monday, Wednesday, and Friday for an hour. My calorie intake is at 1900 and hopefully when Feb 6th comes around I would have lost at least 3lbs. I can't believe I'm back to this spot again, but after switching birth controls over the summer my weigh ballooned. How depressing
