The BF turned 83 this week so he had one of those Life Scans done just for fun. Not one single thing turned up. Almost zero plaque, no osteoporosis, no blood flow issues.zero, zip, nada. The doctor even circled his age on the paper and wrote “really”?. 20.2 % body fat. He doesn’t always eat perfect— likes hamburgers and ice cream but what he does do religiously, all of his life is exercise. He has poor genetics for longevity, but he certainly beat the odds.

LiveBreezy—- just GOOGLE It and it will ask your zip code and a list of dates in your area. They are often done at churches. In his younger years he played football and ran—then transitioned to hiking, walking and stair running. The important thing has been that consistency over years.

No— don’t eat in misery. Weight maintenance is lifelong. You HAVE to learn that you can eat some of the more delicious things in life — just not every day and not in huge quantities and to find physical activities that you enjoy that increase calorie expenditure. healthier eating most of the time and less healthy or less conducive to weight control just once in a while. You can do this.
