Good morning everyone. Continuing to stick to my progress and added on a 12 minute hard as rock abs workout. 10 days in and I can honestly say I feel a difference in my core. Some days are better than others to get through the routine, however, my endurance is improving. Enjoying the journey. 😁😁😁
