I'm not sure how many calories I burned today. I got up at 7am, went to Lowe's and bought sand, then came home and leveled out my patio so I can build a gazebo on it. I worked until 1pm, then took a break for my usual breakfast omelet. Then back to work on the gazebo, another trip to Lowe's for sprinkler supplies, and worked until 5:30pm. Now I'm eating a huge steak and salad.
