Happy Monday everyone and this year is about to come to a close. Snowing in Colorado right now asI am typing. I started P90X3 so far it is anawesome blast for 30 minutes I just have to get some more coordination doing but very fun. My new goal for the upcoming year is just to be healthy and a little more defined.
