Two more weeks till the end of the year. I wonder if I can lose another 3 pounds and be down to 230. That would be great. I am very proud of what I have accomplished so far this year. Looking forward to next year.

No problem. You got this! One of the things that I have found that works to keep the pounds shedding is get out of your comfort zone. If you are walking a mile for exercise try jogging for half of it, used to using the elliptical then switch to the bike or treadmill w/ incline, if you primarily stick with cardio for a workout try weight training instead. The shock to your system will help keep the scale going in the right direction.

That's true .. shaking things up will usually jump start your body's metabolism! You've done AMAZING things this year! :D Here's to another successful year of victories and goals met! :D
