Brown rice, garbanzos, kale, broccoli, and red pepper with vegan "cheese" sauce for lunch. Grapes and fermented carrots for snacks. A bit much food on top of a big breakfast, but I'll lighten up on dinner & avoid snacks

Is the vegan cheese made out of nutritional yeast?

It is, StormyGirl. Mostly the nutritional yeast, flour, and veggie broth. A tablespoon of olive oil, some garlic, thyme, pepper, turmeric, lemon juice, and mustard.

You'll get there, buenitabishop! 😁 I actually admire YOUR ability to moderate portions so well. That's not my strong suit. I wish I could say it's my iron will on eating veggies, but it's really a food preference. I just genuinely adore vegetables. The discipline comes in for making the time to fix them, but I'm finding that gets easier the more I do it. It's just part my morning routine now
