Well still steady at 214, starting to think my scale does not like me, his name is LIL Liar, anyway better than being up, have a Great day every one, and I'm DO N OK !!!

I'm with y'all on the scale! Mine is the Evil One. It shows a loss then not s much. I think your loss and maintenance of it at this point is Super Human! It took my body almost a month to break thru the 201-200# mark then one day I just jumped to 198#. That's 2 years and 7 months in the making. Keep the Focus and the Faith. You are Winning back your life!
