Today is a new day ! I will control my eating. I will stick to my moderate eating plan! Can everyone tell by the foregoing that I fell off the wagon yesterday? First time since I started this journey that I really lost control of my snacking. What did it take to make me start binge eating? Coming down with a cold, yup. I am going to have to think on why that is the case. It always has been though. At least this time it wasn't soda pop and chips it was all real food. Progress, I guess.
