Stick with it Hoosier. I get frustrated too sometimes but if we stick to plan and are patient the weight does come off. You can do this. We are all cheering for you.

It always seems to happen that way...that last pound or so before reaching a goal you have to fight tooth and nail for it! Keep going, you will get there!

It helps me to remember: Challenges are MEANT to *change* us. Then ask myself: HOW will *I* let this challenge, change me? :) We can not become the person we want to be by remaining who we are :)
