Lately I haven't been tracking as well as I should be...I generally eat 1500-2000 calories a day and my diet charts don't reflect that...I need to work on this!

I'll record official weigh-ins every Saturday to keep things less sporadic and give myself a more accurate weight loss trend. Maybe if I write these things down I'll have no choice but to stick to them!

i find jounraling and tracking food really beneficial and i hope you do too!! i know i definitely wouldn't have lost weight as quickly if i hadn't been tracking it on here- it makes it so easy to know exactly what/how much you're eating and burning!
