Today has been a day of mixed emotions. I learned this morning that my FIL/Step dad had also died on Friday night which means I can finally sell my mom's house that he has been living in. He has also left me a substantial sum of money which means my future is secure. I'm so sad that my OH didn't get to know this because he was so worried about leaving me financially adrift.

I have not plucked the courage up to stand on the scales yet but I promise I will do it first thing in the morning. I will also start logging my food tomorrow too. Onwards and downwards again!
