Absolute nuclear meltdown. After making steady progress during 2014, I barely worked out and ate way too much -- including way too many carbs. My weight spiked. No surprise there. Oh well. I know what I have to do. I can't let this mistake derail me.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
