These dumbbells are blasting my arms, but it feels great at the same time. My triceps are still sore after doing some weight lifting three days ago, haha. I can already feel a bit of a difference in the toneness of my arms though, so I'm really hopeful that I can get some decent muscle definition within the next few months if I stick with this every couple of days. On top of the cardio and lower body strength I'm getting from biking, this should really help to even me out overall :)
