Banana ice cream is awesome. You can have any flavor and eat a giant bowl (if it's a fruit flavor even more^^)
For those who love chocolate: just add some cocoa powder and a spoonful of agave nectar or honey to the frozen bananas. The greatest thing is that you can have lots of it and that it is actually super healthy :D

Huh ????? Ice cream, is that all you do, is freeze bananas and add agave nectar or honey ?? I am a ice cream junkie and would love to find a much healthier version.

Freeze bananas and then blend them with some liquid and your added flavor (fruit etc). Just add a little bit of liquid like water, almond milk, skim milk, at a time :)

It gets a beautiful creamy texture either way. My favorite is almond milk but because it's expensive I usually use water :)

Walmart sells an "ice cream" maker called Yonanas Frozen Treat...It uses frozen bananas and other frozen fruits and yogert. I saw commercial awhile back on it. I want one for Christmas!
