I'm weighing in on Monday:) Have a good feeling because my calories were on point the whole week and although I was super busy, I managed to do some sports.
I'll try to make it to the gym today and have a low cal rest day tomorrow.
I have a question: Why does everyone (exept Atkins people, I know why they do^^) seem to have this irrational fear of carbs?
