I was a little less motivated to workout today, but I know I need to get healthier so I pushed myself to do it and now I'm exhausted! But I'm happy I didn't allow myself to slack.

Good for you! I am rarely in the mood to work out, but it does feel great when you do it!

Positive thinking will get you through the rough times when you don't want to exercise. Think of the benefits to yourself that exercise can bring. What is more important in life than your health? My motto is, "Just Do It." This enables me to do what I set out to do.
