Today's Workout:

Day 4 of the 30 Days of Fitness Challenge:
push ups 7
squats rest
crunches 25
lunges 23

Arm jiggle workout, 3 sets of 15 with 5lb weights:
lying dumbbell extension
seated tricep press
tricep dumbbell kickback (each arm)
reverse curl
standing overhead dumbbell press
dumbbell lateral raise

‪T25‬ Speed 1.0

I didn't walk on the treadmill today I had a ton of stuff to get done this morning, but I'm planning on going back to the gym tonight.
