Deb_N's Journal, 19 October 2014

I feel like I am always bragging on myself, like this is so selfish of me, but I just want everyone to know what I have been doing and maybe they could do something similar. I have been doing this weight loss journey without diet pills and with no money for a gym membership, since January 2013. Day by day, little by little. Anyone can lose weight. It just takes time and you have to keep going. You can do this!

I agree with what others have said - you are not bragging, and even if you were, you earned it ... but more than that, you offer great inspiration and let everyone know that yes, it can be done, without gym membership, etc. great spirit!

You're not bragging at all, just sharing your success and helping to inspire and encourage everyone. Keep up the good work!

Deb, you are truly a light in the darkness to me. Thank you ! I have a great respect for your massive weight loss. My weight loss journey will be somehow the same long like yours, but good examples like from you are giving me a motivation push. :)

You have said a "mouthful." Those words are sooooo true! Keep bragging. It's either you are in it to win it or not. And you are winnning for sure.

I feel that way sometimes too, Deb. But even if just one person is inspired or motivated to make better decisions by what I've accomplished, it's worth it!
