Monday oct 13th i also had a few crackers and 2 bowls of homemade chili noodles with beans meat and diced tomatos. not sure of the calories, but not often my dad makes chili so say why not for a day. back to normal weight loss calories tomorrow. (dont think it was too much calories but i am sure it was at least 300 a bowl. so didnt go to starvation mode either)
