welp pretty much ate all of my RDI on pizza.. better luck tomorrow

If you stopped at your RDI, you're fine...might be a long evening, though. I do that to myself once or twice a month. :)

Me too when I go to Dairy Queen and have a large blizard

Someone say PIZZA! Here in New Jersey, a large pie is usually 18" and that's a lot of calories per slice. Whenever I have it, I try to plan by eating very light breakfast and a light lunch so I can splurge on the pizza calories. It's worth it though.
