howmuch body fat % do u need to have a six pack if urs is so little already?

hi umm it probobly depends on how much muscel you have im on 12.4% i check every 2 weeks at a discem. im aiming for 10% under that its high maintenance, i have been over waight for most my life so had alot of stomach fat but i can see the 4 top block so almost there, will uploads picks sortly, the most important thing about building muscel is eating right. the gym is just a small part

u can check ur body fat at dischem????????dont even joke dude.....yeah well i am over weight but i am building muscle and losing weight well so im happy with my progress thus far so yeah for me 15% is a long way to go still

for a man, a body fat % between 18 - 25 % is acceptable

According to my calcs. it will take you approx 6 months to weigh 70 kg and your body fat % will be 7.45 % - you will look skinny fat not muscle toned ....to have your goal body fat % of 15 %, you only have to lose 6 kg i.e. weigh 76 kg. 15 % is a great bf% for a man. It places you between athlete and fitness - you might not have a well defined 6 pack but you will look good

Unless you exercising of course then you won't look skinny fat - what I mean to say is even if you get to 7.45 bf %, you won't weigh 70 kg if you exercising. If you exercising, you will weigh approximately 72 kg coz of muscle development

yeah, it does make sense, at the moment im just doing resistance training no major muscle groups in specific, the fat content around my arms and legs arent bad at all, its all around my belly area, once i reach 75-77 then im going to start training specific muscle groups

yes discem in jeffreys bay yes. 6-8 %bf is really low and super difficult. a nice safe weight controler and toner is cla300 biogen im loosing 1% of bf per mounth and im still gaining muscle.

Go for it, But to me 70 kg is unrealsitic. I mean my brother got a 6 pack and is really skinny and weighs 73 kg (he's 1.8 m as well). But see how you feel at 75 and take it from there. What I learnt from my weight loss is that sometimes you only lose 2 kg but your stomach can go down by an inch ...it's difficult to predict measurement from weight loss but you can get a good idea. Take me: I approximate at 63 kg I will be a size 10 with a 2 pack and at 58 kg, I will be a size 8 with a defined 2 pack based on my lifestyle (not sooo healthy eating with walking almost everday). But there's no guarentee. I might be a size 8 before or after 58 kg and with no two pack at all lol...so yaa I am happy with my new goal of 63 kg for now. I have weighed 66 kg for 3 and a half months now...what I realise is to be smaller than what I am now requires more adjustments to my lifestyle...I require more self control over my eating habits and more commitment to my daily walks.

@dwain jeeeeez thats far from CPT lol @fatih thanks for the advise, im really gonna take heed to that, will drop to 75 and c how i feel from there because i dont mind picking up weight aslong as its muscle mass and not fat
