Well the last weigh in was not an accurate indication of my true weight. It was post-illness, Within a few days of slowly going back on solid foods I actually went back up to 244.8 lbs. Was so weak from illness couldn't exercise and it took me some time to regain my strength and just overall well-being. So I'm happy I'm back on the down swing. Feeling good for the most part.
