1 lb loss this week, a loss is a loss I guess. Hoping that this week I am going to start losing again. The bad eating is in the past and now it is time for some weight loss. My goal this week is to lose 2 lbs. I'm going to really push myself with my workouts and swimming starts this week so I'm hoping for a good week. I will be on my second month, third week of p90x3. I set small weight loss goals for myself so I won't get discouraged. 170 is my mini goal. I hope to hit that goal soon. I was also reading that people start really losing weight with the program until the last month. If that is true then I have something to look forward to.

If you want a boost, google some pictures of what a pound of fat looks like. When you see it, you'll feel pretty good about having got rid of one. :)

Thanks Jason. Last week I came across a site that showed what a pound of fat looked like and what a pound of muscle looks like. A pound of fat was three grapefruits where a pound of muscle was three tangerines. I'm not ungrateful but I rarely lose weight like normal people.
