ran for 2.63 kms today in 30 mins.

was a very lazy workout.

used a run walk technique wherein the run was slow and walk was even slower.

That was a nice workout. You can't run 13 km or 22 km all the time. Some days must be at a slower pace and for a shorter distance. The important thing is to keep moving every day! You can do it!
