My 10 year old son liked the rewards I earn through work for exercise. $20 for exercising 2 hours a week for a month. Made him a similar deal. 1600 XBox Live Points ($20) for the same amount of exercise. He has walked 16 miles with me and earned 800 points in 2 weeks. Awesome!

Sure. We get a Wellness gift card that they load for doing things. You start with a Wellness assessment questionnaire and that gets you $50. Then you get different amounts for doing things. Annual physicals, blood work, stress and weight management phone calls, and exercise gets you points too. I made about $200 this year.

Thanks! With the wellness rewards, they allow you to report 5 months worth and can earn a total of $100. Pretty good deal for something I started doing last year anyway. My son, though, I pay once a week to keep him into it.
