.7 loss for one week.... not surprising it was so low
it is the little things that get you...just because its a low carb cheesecake doesnt give you permission to eat ALOT of it...
so needless to say it was the little things that got me this week
a bit here or a nibble there. one thing i noticed was that I didnt have alot of veggies around so i found myself hungry and ate "just a nibble" of something i shouldnt of!!

I know what you mean about the food. We are struggling right now and not sure how long I can afford to buy all these "healthy" foods. I know I need to for my sake in the long run, but it's hard being unemployed, sitting around watching the clock thinking when can I eat next. I also quit smoking about 2 months ago so at least I haven't gained a bunch of weight since then. I suffer from depression and just find it hard to improve my thinking and find stuff to do. Oh well, I will get there. Keep up the good work though! You still lost weight! Heck, I cheat and gain like 2 pounds in one day.

I definatly find that I am a convience food girl... and even though it is low carb i still am getting stuck.. and not losing. also i have this cheat night on thursdays and i find it just seems to be setting me back and I dont even cheat that back. a group of friends go for pizza and beer ( i dont do the beer and have 2 slices) and i still am slowing down... arrggghhh what do you take for the depression? I cant say enough good about CYMBALTA it is rough when you start on it for the first week but over all i felt energetic and not so sluggish aside from the feeling better mentally, it seemed to help not just my mind but my body!
