Another Monday, not much going on except I have to say, as much ice cream as I have been eating lately, I have maintained the same 191 weight for just over a week now. Can you imagine if I stopped eating it. LOL

I do have a question though. I got on the Freemotion treadmill yesterday, what is the difference between that and a regular treadmill ? I get the basics that it can do higher incline, but it that what makes it better ?

Okay, I hope that you all had a great weekend. so, I continue hope that you all have a wonderful and blessed day. :)

PS: Push-ups SUCK !!! My arms hurt sooooooo bad.

That ice cream is one of my downfalls, too! I love it! I do try to eat the lower fat/lower calorie flavors, though. Dairy Queen is a favorite stopping place, too! Oh, me :(

Thanks hope your weekend was good as well I had a little Ice Cream myself Saturday and Push ups dont suck once you get used to them - wait yes they do

My treadmill was fixed three times, but I think it is dead now so I never use it anymore. I hope someone will answer your treadmill question. Have a great day!

Maintaining is not gaining! You will lose some more soon, I am sure. Sorry I cannot answer your treadmill question. I have never even heard of it. I wish we had room here to set up my elliptical that is now in storage :( I miss using it.
