my blood pressure
all my 20s and most of my 30s i have had great blood pressure always around 115-118 over 60-70

but as of about 4 years ago it has jumped up to the top of the pre-hypertension range (139/87) just 1 number shy of stage 1 hypertension as of around 4 years ago. and recently the top number was down to 120-125 but bottom number has been in the high 90s.

however on aug 2nd it dropped dramatically. and has now been 90-110 sys / 60-70 dys. for 5 days now. at first it was worrying me that i am below what i was when i was young and healty. but all seems fine. first couple days i was a getting a little bit more dizzy when standing up for a few seconds, and yawning much more (lack of oxygen i suspect). but that has gone away. Just took a reading and now i am at 102/64 with a pulse of 64.....(in my 30s doctors told me to get my pulse down was resting pulse in the 78-86 range.)

Your last blood pressure is great! For years I've been 98s over 40s or 50s but this last year my weight finally caused mine to go up. Mine is higher now than ever for me-120s over 70s. I'm nearly 42 years old so I know when I loose my weight my blood pressure will be back to my normal. Everyone has a different "normal" you just need to be sure not to have those symptoms like you said about being dizzy! If you're too dizzy upon standing or sitting, try slowing down, not moving so fast. You're right about the yawning, lack of oxygen. As you near your weight goal and get more aerobic exercise, your oxygen intake will be easier, you'll yawn less and your blood pressure will be a stable healthy! All the wonderful benefits of healthy :-)
