Thanks! I do eat nuts, but limit it to 1/8 cup. Or even just 5 grams by weight. Which is less, 1/8 cup or 5 grams? I am so bad at math. My little food scale only weighs in 5 gram increments, so when it says 5 grams it might be 5 grams or it might be 9.9 grams and I don't know it. :(

When I do eat something like nuts, which I did today, I balance that out at dinner with something extremely low in fat. Tonight will be carrot and kale soup cooked in organic vegetable broth.

Deb, now you went & made me crave chicken salad. Didn't have a lot on hand, but some chicken, grapes & a touch of mayo did the trick. Just ate it straight out of the bowl. Yum!
