Okay, I splurged today with regards calories intake. Not only have I exceeded my daily allocated calorie but also had a mango drink - lots of sugarrr!
Don't know why I slipped but no regrets. Instead, a resolve to make things better - to exercise more, to get back on track.
Relationship issues on, attention's slackening but time to put that behind and push forward.
Target 115 kilos by end of August 2014.

My HbA1c sugar levels have been higher than what's good and I'm trying to avoid as much as possible, refined sugar. That's why the guilt.

As I've always said you don't have to win every battle to win the war. Good for you that your not stressing about it. Stress is a diets enemy. It is actually worse for you than the mango drink.
