Maybe i was retaining bowl movement and some water is why i had weight gain, doesnt make sense otherwise considering i cheated last night at my 4th meal, eat extra calories, i might even forget to record the package of wheat crackers i ate and all natural peanut butter (1-2 servings). and still lost all the weight again.
