Take it to a FOODIE PAGE, this does not contribute to weight loss. It's time to get rid of these foodie blogs that have no reason but to insult us people that are trying so hard to lose.

SherryB, Ignore the haters. They are unhappy people. They spend their time trying to bring others down.. I am so glad to read your posts. It shows that I do no have to starve to lose weight. I copy some great food ideas from you. Keep posting.

lourock there's nothing in this recipe that encourages weight gain... it looks very healthy and balanced with a sprinkle and cheese. Go have a snack because your hangry is showing.

Thanks, Agnes & Bdixon. I think she's just messing with me. I Iooked at her page & supposedly we have the same philosophy on weight loss. And I actually had a small drop this morning. 😊

I had another drop of 1 pound down to 140. I'm actually a happy camper. It's these pics with no calories provided that bite my ass.

I'm kinda new to FS...and I've been posting lots of food photos. I am DAILY inspired by photos from others and have never been much of a cook myself. This group gives me ideas and courage to try new things. Thank you 👩‍🍳

Sherrye I am trying to regain healthy relationship with food AND cooking, and your posts have been very helpful. I don’t know why some people think they could tell us what to post. Fitness is complex and anything could be inspirational. As far as I’m concerned, you can post your unfinished crossword and I’d still support that.

Crystal, LOL98, & Yfritz, thank you. I'm not sure what the complaint was about my post 🤔 At first I thought it was there were too many calories then it looks like it was not enough??? I'm confused. I usually save enough calories so that my dinner meal is the largest one of the day. And I usually have wine with dinner. So t someone not following me, may not understand how I can have a more substantial evening meal. If I have a larger than usual lunch I try to balance it with a lighter dinner. I also look at my week as a whole. I may eat pasta one day then a salad with protein the next. Cont....

Also, I hit my goal over a year & a half ago. So I've been in maintenance since then. I did lower my goal by 6 lbs. recently but I'm not concerned when or if I hit it. If I maintain between 141 & 145 (that's pretty much been where I've been), it's all good. So I continue to post what I actually eat and if anyone is interested to know more about my lifestyle, I'm happy to share.
