Here you go! It's so filling and delicious :)
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons (40g) unsweetened almond butter or any nut butter of choice 1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon (1mL) vanilla extract 1 tablespoon (7g) sweetener of choice or more
½ teaspoon (2g) baking powder
pinch of salt
chopped nuts (optional)
sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Microwave for 60-75 seconds.
Yields 1 serving (macros per serving)
NET CARBS: 4.0g FIBER: 3.0g
PROTEIN: 13.0g
FAT: 23.0g CALORIES: 270

Thanks for sharing the recipe! I assumed it would have some type of flour, so I was super excited to see it's very low carb. I'll definitely be trying it!
