bebematte's Journal, 10 July 2014

I had a Doctors apt, was extremely pleased when I left. I lost a pound, but she also lowered my insulin to 10 units a day. A year ago I was on 60 units a day, was dropped down to 30 in Oct I think. But my sugar levels have been running too low. I thought they were good for the most part except when they went into the 50's. I had been told previously by a nurse that 60 was normal. Well my doctor was shocked when she seen my levels...good for someone who doesn't have diabetes she said!!! I'm so excited, was told by previous doctor I'd never come off insulin!! My current doctor said I will be off it soon. She also took me off part of my blood pressure medication. My blood pressure has been dropping too low every time I stand up and causing me to get dizzy. So I'm doing what I set out to do...get healthier by making healthier choices. I want to come off of these meds!!! Some I probably won't be able to...but the majority...their days are numbered!!!

Thank You Lord!!!
