Back on the cabbage soup diet to try and drop another 30 pounds.
First time around, it worked great. went off the diet for a few months and only gained 1 pound back.
Hoping to be in the 200's by October.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
