okay started today
br: 1egg, string cheese, 2oz half and half
lu: vienna sausages, string cheese, red pepper
di: 4oz chicken 3 cups iceb lettuce, 3oz sharp cheese, 3tsp ceasar dressing
snacks 1/8 c cashues, jello SF

i definanatly need to bring in more veggies?
weight 202
exer: walk 20 min
200.0 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
