Starting over. In 12 weeks it will be 1 year since I decided I absolutely was going to get my weight into the normal range. In the intervening ~9 months, I lost 20 lbs then gained back 14. This is NOT how it is done! So now I am challenging myself to lose 30 lbs by Sep 27. That is 8 lbs first week, 2 lbs a week thereafter and I will have lost 36 lbs for the year if I reach it. Goal weight is 158 for this challenge. That will put my BMI at 24.
