Not measuring or recording. Just don't feel like preparing food at all....not sure what thats about. Slowly gaining weight - very slowly - but it is happening. Nothing to worry about, just need to exercise more and be a bit more.
158.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
