I was losing weight while keeping track of my eating. As soon as I stopped the weight loss stopped.

Yeah, I think without holding myself accountable, I just act like it doesn't matter what I eat.

it's exactly the same for me. I've been keeping a journal for 2 years now. If i don't i somehow justify in my head the amount of food I had. Problem is also i can eat without limits, i never really get full, or if i do i can eat an hour later again. It's gross and awful

the same. i regret so much i stopped using this app at some point. now I have to start over

I get the munchies, and I feel like I just can't stop shoveling the food in. I feel like such a pig sometimes. I hope if I see what I'm eating and actually how many calories, I can get back on track.
