I don't remember who it was that said the easy weight loss was done, now it is the tough weight loss that is ahead...She was so right on about that!! I am willing to anchor down and do it!! I did get to go swimming the other day, and I have to say it was the BEST feeling in the world!! Haven't been swimming since the summer of 2012....way to long!! Am looking forward to swimming again really soon.

I feel like at this point in my weight loss journey, that I have to do different things in order to sort of trick my body. I mean like it is so use to walking...so use to what I have been doing that those type of exercises aren't enough. I need to step it up in a big way. Riding bikes, I added. But I can't do anymore than 9 or 10 minutes..have to build up my leg muscles. Hiking...love it!! Time is the issue there. I get my walking in while I work. Hiking I cannot do while at work. Long story, can't get into it here. And I don't need to hike alone...whew!! So for now, I am trying to walk with those ankle weights and wrist weights. And walk while picking my knees up high. And then swim when I can...

Other than that, I don't know what else to do. I do have resistance bands, and I take them to work as well and work with them every chance I get.
