Hey Guys!! Well, today is run/walk day...woke up and was super tired and it was raining but talked myself into doing it anyway. I incorporated the sprinting, which I really do love, I feel amazing afterwards. Basically, this is the schedule I came up with...1 block walking, 3 blocks jogging, 1 block walking, 3 blocks sprinting, 3 blocks walking, 3 blocks jogging..and so on til I make it home. I might switch it up, it feels a little awkward going from walking into sprinting so we will see. Usually my walk/run days I shoot for around a 15 minute mile, came in at 13:34 though with the sprinting so yay! For those of you who read my muffin debocle post from the other day, I get to eat my yummy, gigantic raspberry muffin from our local bakery tomorrow...I've been waiting ALL WEEK!
