Run/Walk day, however I really didn't feel much like walking (seriously, 3 months ago I never ever would have said that!) so I ran all but 3 blocks of my 1 1/2 miles this morning. I have noticed a bit of a pain in my right knee when I walk or go upstairs especially (I played volleyball in high school and strained multiple tendons) so I'm a bit worried about it, however when I run I don't notice but I'm scared I'm going to hurt it again. It's a pickle, because I'm in such a good stride right now I don't really want to take a break. Hmmmmmmmmmm.....maybe a weekend rest and everything will be better by Monday! Happy friday, my dears! Yeah I'm definitely going to relax it this weekend, our in-laws are coming up with their new baby so might just cuddle me some baby this weekend :)

try to switch to power walking - less stress on your joints, or try hiit - it really boosts your metabolism and sheds those pounds in no time! Good luck

That's definitely something I've considered doing, right now I'm doing a Couch to 5K for a run later this month, perhaps on my run/walk days I'll try that! Thanks!

Running is hard on the joints, walking much less impact so better for the joints. Was told after major leg surgery to quit running and doing aerobics back in 1986
