I almost died of heat and sunburn yesterday at the flea market, they had no water! I drank a huge watermelon juice and those carbs = immediate weight gain. I'm still in ketosis still so as long as I diet hard today I should be back on track by tomorrow! :-)

When you are situations like that, you have to do the best you can. I doubt a little watermelon juice will hurt. If you are up, it's temporary from cells retaining water. That is the sucky thing about low carb. But as soon as you are back to eating regularly, it goes away. You did fine!
