Back at it! I haven't been exercising, and I've been eating in ways I hadn't really planned, and I haven't been keeping track.

However, I've detoxed from an SNRI, I've gotten financial help to pay my June rent, and I've received the news that I do not have ANY of the dozen+ genetic mutations they were looking for. I ate a lot of food I wouldn't normally eat, but it is not the worst thing I could have done to (attempt to) cope and I don't feel that bad about it. I think that the crazy-eatin' might be out of my system for awhile, which is good, because I am a bit nervous about all of my 6-month post-cancer checkups in the next week.

I did notice that I felt a lot more physical pain when off the diet. I know I was asking a lot of my body, and I don't think the added pain was a coincidence.

(Stands up, brushes self off, goes forward.)

My plan for the morning is to go to the gym, to warm up on a stationary bike before a water aerobics class. It is not the first time since the car wreck April 1st, but maybe the second or third time. I will try to do half the class. I am so ready to feel better!
