I’m feeling so in control. I committed to myself once again on June 1st- and I’ve been killing it all month long. Tracking my calories, being in a calorie deficit, moving my body, logging every meal. I feel great and feel so on track - my mindset is ready to take care of me and commit to myself. One day at a time, small changes at a time will eventually lead us all where we want to be.
