Uh Oh! I know I can, I know I can! I'm off my regular routine and having trouble getting back to regular exercise and healthier eating. Arrrggghh!
My work schedule is changing a lot lately-maybe that's part of it. I addition, I pulled a hamstring muscle and I just can't be as physical with my exercise routine. So I guess I better keep my mouth shut(to excess food!)and not cave in to the night eating.So my next "5 day goal" is no food after 7pm and only whole foods. Wish me luck!
141.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
