193 lbs again ...... it's holding in spite of Sunday's indulgence. Happy about that .... I think I understand how to do off plan now ... without the big payback. I am back in ketosis and still feeling great. Shrinking everyday. I hope I hit goal this year. :)

THANKS Draglist .... doing my thing and loving it! Welcome back Knslovinggod ! The biggest advice I can give is to redo Atkins induction for a couple of weeks and graduate to low carb high fat. Drink lots of water. Protein will aid healing from surgery. Try to eat all your meals in an 8 hr window during the day and nothing outside of that. I also find that using Coconut oil has been a great aid in losing weight and keeping me full. Most important, be good to yourself and be patient. Sometimes the weight will melt off and other times it is as slow as molasses ... go with the flow and watch the overall trend for each month rather than overreacting to the daily changes. If you are eating clean you will lose it. I can attest to that ... I will not let the stalls or gains derail me. Don't let it derail you either. Enjoy the journey and pay close attention so that you can learn exactly what works for you (we are unique so everyone has to find the low carb formula that works for them) .... it will help you to maintain the weight loss in the future. I am doing just that and I am now grateful for the time it is taking me to lose this weight because I am learning how to live this way .... it takes time to reprogram many years of carb abuse. You can do this!
