Did horrible on my diet today... went to the inlaws, they bought Papa John's pizza-- had three slices.. man, I entered the amount could not believe my eyes what it told me.. I am 345 calories OVER my daily limit that I had set for myself. Very Disappointed in myself- It just amazes me how many calories are in such products- such as Pizza, Arby's, Subway- (6" meatball sandwich).. Kind of depressed, and those feelings of needing to find comfort in eating had set in.. yeah- Air Pop Popcorn, salad, and CinnaSwirl, and I feel like I can eat more.. the WAY THAT I FEEL now, and I am not, I just feel like- giving up! This too will pass, I know.
