Week #14 and I’ll take this small loss. Couldn’t weigh or measure anything from Friday through Monday as I was out of town. Tried to make reasonable choices (salads, veggies) to counteract planned splurges including red wine and ice cream. Had to guess the calories and portion sizes so it looks like I did okay. Bonus: celebrating my daughter’s college graduation! 🥳 👩🏻‍🎓
220.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
